1. Application Fees and Security Deposits are NON refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Push the above "Rental Application" button and you will be redirected to the application, anyone over the age of 18 must fill out separate applications.

​

3. After completing the application please pay the $30 fee with credit card through the application software instructions. you will only be charged once!

​

4. Once the fee is paid you will receive an email to approve the running of your background check,you will only be charged only once.

 

Please note, applications will not be approved if there are previous evictions or utilities in collections.

​

5. If you are approved you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit with a money order/cashiers check. It can be dropped in our drop box at 2009 W. Broadway Avenue, lockbox in rear of building or mailed to our secure PO Box at 2240 Taylorsville Road #5455 Louisville, KY 40255

 

6. Please note the property/unit can only be held up to 7-10 days after approval and deposit is paid.

7. Background checks could take anywhere to 1 hour to 2 days to get back to us. Please make sure you fill out the application with the most current information, this speeds up the process.
